Your information is used to process and manage your rental bookings, verify your identity and driving eligibility, process payments and manage security deposits, send booking confirmations, updates, and receipts, improve our services and website, and comply with legal obligations.
Information Sharing With Vendors
Kashana shares only the booking details a Vendor needs to fulfil a rental (such as your name and booking dates) — never your phone number or email address. All communication between you and a Vendor is routed through Kashana; Vendors do not receive your direct contact information, and you will not receive a Vendor's direct contact information either. This protects both parties and ensures all bookings go through Kashana's platform.
Other Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with payment processors to handle transactions, regulatory authorities as required by law, and service partners who assist in delivering our platform services.
